Raymond Luc Levasseur is the former leader of the United Freedom Front, a violent anti-government group linked to the bombings of several courthouses including one in Boston. His scheduled speech this week was called off after several law enforcement agencies complained but now it's back on
UMass officials are denouncing Levasseur's behavior but they say they must adhere to anti-censorship rules and can't deny Levasseur's right to free speech
Governor Patrick is hoping to talk UMass out of it and the wife of a state trooper gunned down by The United Freedom front plans to fly here for the protest on Thursday
