Hopefully there will be no panic. With any luck area police department won't be flooded with 911 calls. Because by now the FAA is hoping you've heard about the seven fighter jets that will come screaming low over the Boston skyscrapers today
Remind you a little of the Air Force One debacle in New York? Well that's what the feds are hoping to avoid
Seven F-18 Hornets, from the US Navy's Blue Angels will buzz the city from around 3,000 feet this afternoon between 1:30pm and 2pm. Their mission? Well, it's a photo opportunity. The government wants some shots of the Blue Angels in action. They were hoping to capture the jets over the USS Constitution but that ship is under repair
The FAA had been using the media to get the word out so people won't panic like some did when Air Force One and a couple fighter jets flew over New York City in an unannounced photo opp mission
President Obama had to apologize for that controversy which cost around $350,000.
We don't know yet how much this photo opp will cost but whatever is, is it worth it? Hasn't the government ever heard of Photoshop?
