President Obama has pledged to repeal the "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" law that does not allow gay and lesbian Americans to serve openly in the U.S. military.
Today, Adm. Mike Mullen told Congress he believes repealing the ban is the right thing to do.
But critics have long argued that openly gay service members could be a disruption in the ranks.
What do you think about ending "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" now?
Is it time?
How do you think it will affect the military?
Thanks for your thoughts!
