Monarchs Move

It was announced today... the Monarchs are leaving Sacramento. The team folded. The WNBA announced it's working with investors to relocate the team... while the Maloofs said they need to focus on the Kings.
What do you think about the move?
The Monarchs won the championship... but also haven't packed Arco.
Is it best for the Maloofs to put all of their energy into the Kings?
Or, is this a sign the Kings could be leaving too?

Give us your thoughts!

Swine Flu Vaccine... Who Gets It?

For two days, thousands of people who fall in the "specific categories" for the first round of swine flu vaccine lined up at local schools, and were turned away because the clinics ran out. Today, outside Loaves and Fishes, the county health officer said the target group to get vaccinated was the homeless. In fact, they had vaccines left over, and our reporter saw people who didn't fall under those "specific categories" getting vaccines.

What do you think about that?
Should someone who doesn't fit the criteria be vaccinated ahead of children who waited in line with their parents for hours and were turned away?
Technically, Mom & Dad could have brought the family down to Loaves & Fishes to get vaccinated today. They had that option.
What does this say about the organization of these clinics.. and the long lines? Is it worth it?

Give us your thoughts!

Jaycee Dugard Movie

A movie titled, "Abducted Girl, An American Sex Slave," will start filming next month. The maker says it will focus on the relationship between Jaycee Dugard and Phillip Garrido, and will also examine Stockholm Syndrome. Dugard's story continues to get national attention after she was discovered a couple of months ago.

Do you think it's too soon for a movie to be filmed on her story?
     Would you go see it?
Should there be some sort of grace period?
Or was the door opened the minute People Magazine was granted an interview and photos?

Give us your thoughts!

Dinner Time=Family Time

How often does your family sit down for dinner? This study says 60 percent of families do it at least five times a week. That's surprising to some, considering the busy lives we lead.

How important do you think it is for a family to sit down for dinner together?
